Let us manage everything from the initial buyer sell-in process to account management

(1) Intro Meeting

We take time to understand your products, target market, go-to market strategies and retail goals while letting you know our capabilities at retail. To conclude, you will have a go/no go decision on if you want to work with Johnny B Goods. 

(2) Market Research Discovery (MRD)

We execute field research to understand and analyze your product category, competitors and your potential market positioning at a diverse group of retailers. Based off of our findings that we present to you, we make recommendations on retailers to target, costs, SRPs, promos, secondary displays, product placement, distribution and more. 

(3) Buyer Meetings

When in agreement with our customer agreement contract, your go-to-market product(s), retail strategy and sales deck, the buyer sell-in process starts. Prior to any buyer meetings, we meet to prepare for the meeting. As the manufacturer, you have the option as to how involved you want to be in the buyer meeting(s).  

(4) Retail Launch and Account Management

We visit the retail chain's key stores to ensure product placement, set up secondary displays and discuss your products with store management. Photo audits of product in-store also included. For managing the account, we take care of managing purchase orders based on inventory reports. We also handle all promotion, new item submission and cost change forms and coordinate performance update review meetings when necessary.
